Are you accepting new patients?
Yes — new patients and same-day walk-ins are always welcome. You can book online or call (416) 966-3368.
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 7:00 pm and Saturday 8:00 am to 3:00 pm; closed Sunday. Weekday evenings and Saturdays make it easier to come in around work and school.
Do you take dental emergencies?
Yes. We keep same-day emergency slots for tooth pain, breaks, swelling and knocked-out teeth. Call first thing and we’ll do our best to see you the same day.
Do you accept the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP)?
We welcome CDCP patients and are happy to help you understand your eligibility and coverage. Please call to confirm details before your visit.
What if I don’t have insurance?
We accept most insurance and bill directly, and offer no-interest or low-interest financing through LendCare so cost isn’t a barrier to care.
I’m anxious about the dentist — can you help?
Absolutely. We see nervous patients every day, never rush you, and offer sedation ("Twilight") dentistry for a calm, comfortable experience.
Do you offer language assistance?
Yes — we’re a welcoming, multicultural practice and offer language assistance to help patients of every background feel understood.
Where exactly are you, and is there parking?
We’re inside the Hudson’s Bay Centre at 20 Bloor Street East, Bloor-Yonge — directly connected to Bloor-Yonge subway station, with paid parking on site.
