Dr. Ramlaggan has over 30 years of experience and is well versed in all aspects of dentistry — orthodontics with aligners and braces (since 2002, including non-surgical, no-extraction treatment), same-day implants, cosmetic crowns and veneers, TMD, sleep-apnea and snoring appliances, gum surgery, impacted wisdom teeth, and root canals. He has used Twilight (medicated, relaxed) dentistry for over 17 years to help apprehensive patients, and is known for full-mouth makeovers that restore function and aesthetics. A Fellow of the International Association for Orthodontics (with Senior Teaching Certificate) and the International Academy for Dental-Facial Esthetics, he has lectured on smoking cessation and dental lasers. "My goal is to give the best treatment options and deliver them in a safe and caring environment."

Dr. Debono completed her Human Biology degree and Doctorate of Dental Surgery at the University of Toronto, then a Hospital Residency in Charlotte, North Carolina, gaining surgical and emergency experience. She grew up in the Midtown Dental neighbourhood and is delighted to be back serving a community so close to home. In her free time she loves trying new restaurants and spending time with her siblings and nephews.

He cares about more than dental procedures — he prioritizes overall and oral health, never rushes his patients, and takes time to explain every diagnosis thoroughly. Before suggesting treatment he puts himself in the patient’s shoes, knowing dentistry is rarely one-size-fits-all. His caring demeanour extends beyond the office, where he regularly volunteers to support families in his community.

Dr. Torabi is a certified specialist in periodontics with over 10 years of experience in advanced periodontal and implant care. He earned his DDS with distinction and a Master of Science in Periodontics, and in 2023 became the only internationally-trained periodontist accepted into UBC’s Periodontics specialty program, completing it in 2024. A Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada, licensed in Ontario and British Columbia, he brings hospital-grade periodontal and implant expertise in-house — care most clinics can only refer out.
